WHAT IS MENTAL HEALTH?
-
Mental health focuses on the emotional, spiritual, psychological, and social well-being of our health. Our mental health determines how we handle stressful situations, which is why it is crucial to take care of our mental health. Poor mental health can lead to serious mental illness such as depression, and in worst case scenarios, it can lead to suicide.
