WALKING INSIDE THE HOUSE/

HOUSEWORK

YOU DON'T HAVE TO LEAVE THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME TO EXERCISE. WALKING AROUND YOUR HOUSE AND DOING HOUSEWORK CAN KEEP YOU ACTIVE INSIDE. DEPENDING ON THE INTENSITY OF YOUR CHORE, YOU CAN BURN FROM A LITTLE TO A LOT.

CALISTHENICS

(strength training using body weight)

YOU DON'T HAVE TO LIFT WEIGHTS TO STRENGTHEN YOUR MUSCLES. CONSIDER CALISTHENICS, WHICH ONLY USES BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES SUCH AS PUSH UPS AND SQUATS. CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR TO ENSURE THIS EXERCISE IS OKAY FOR YOU TO DO.
